In most cases, your order will ship same day if it is placed before noon. Some items take a few days (or longer) to be assembled and packaged. When shopping on airseacontainers.com, each product detail page has a notice regarding shipping lead times. The time it takes to receive your order also depends on the distance from the shipping origin. This varies between 1 to 5 business days. Your tracking email will provide you with specific information regarding delivery time.
Add an item to your shopping cart, then proceed check out. When you enter your zip code in the Shipping Method section of check out, you will see your options. Some items are too large or too complicated to be automatically calculated through UPS / FedEx parcel services. You are more than welcome proceeding through check out, your credit card will not be captured until you CONFIRM the final order with the shipping costs.
We typically use UPS, we also offer FedEx, DHL, and USPS upon your request. We have relations with many different Freight Carriers. Most heavy items can only ship Ground. Shipping some of our light-weight items can be expedited by choosing the UPS Next Day, 2-day, 3-day shipping option. During the checkout process you will be presented with all available shipping options and estimated costs. You may also use your own Collect Accounts.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we may contact you on product availability as soon as we are restocked.

UNLESS shipping price is not automatically calculated, we will contact you with the final bill prior to charging your credit card. We follow the “Business Guide to the Mail and Telephone Order Merchandise Rule” published by the Federal Trade Commission. If you prefer to be charged when your order ships, please call us and we will manually process the transaction for you.
Air Sea Containers has an office and warehouse in Miami, FL. Products are shipped from Miami, FL. Some items such as oversized products are shipped directly from distributors to reduce shipping costs to our customers, while also reducing the environmental impact of shipping to and from our warehouse.
